Log into your PopArt account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Decor

Carefully place the item in its original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity and hardware to ensure a full refund.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Once our quality control team inspects the returned artwork, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
